Questions We Hear
Can you clean outside our business hours?
Yes, that is how most of my commercial accounts run. I schedule around when you close so the space is ready before your first customer walks in. My working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. We agree the scope and the frequency in writing so every visit hits the same standard, and you can change it as your space or your season changes.
Who actually shows up each week?
Me and the cleaning techs I trust, and you get one point of contact for all of it. You will not be reassigned to a new account manager every quarter.
I keep commercial accounts deliberately close to home, mostly Waterbury with a few in Cheshire and Naugatuck. A tight map is why the schedule holds and why I can come back the same day if something needs re-doing before you open.
