How a Visit Runs
Give Me the Size and the Date
Bedrooms, baths, and when the keys change hands. Moves move, so tell me as soon as you know and I will work with it.
Free Estimate on the Empty Place
Priced after I know the size and state of it, not by the hour. Say up front if you want the oven and fridge done so it is in the number.
Walkthrough Before I Leave
We go through it together at the end. That is the whole point of a move clean: no surprises when someone else inspects it.

Do you clean inside the fridge and oven?
Yes, on request. Say so when you book so I can price it in rather than surprising you at the end.
Can you work around a moving date that keeps shifting?
Usually. Moves move. Tell me as soon as you know and I will do what I can with the schedule.
Do you do move ins as well as move outs?
Both. A move in clean is the same work for a different reason: the place gets cleaned before your things arrive rather than after someone else leaves.
Waterbury and Naugatuck have a lot of multi-family rentals, and turnover there runs to a schedule that does not wait. Out toward Middlebury and Southbury it is more often a sale, where the clean is for the buyer walkthrough.
