About Residential Cleaning
This is the flyer's Standard Clean: the visit that keeps a home steady rather than rescuing it. You tell me what matters most in your house and my techs and I keep it that way, on a weekly, biweekly or monthly rhythm.
Most of the homes on this schedule are busy households who would rather not spend Saturday on it, plus a few landlords keeping a place presentable between tenants. If your house needs rescuing first, book a deep clean and let a standard schedule hold it from there.

Questions We Hear
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. A lot of my regulars leave a key or a door code and come home to a finished house. If you would rather be there the first time so we can walk it together, that works too.
What is the real difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A standard clean keeps a house that is already in good shape looking that way. A deep clean goes after buildup. If it has been a while, start with a deep one and a standard schedule holds it from there.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive with everything, including the eco-friendly products we use throughout. If you would rather we used something of yours, leave it out and let me know.
Waterbury's housing stock is old, and that changes the job. Century-old colonials and multi-families have deep trim, radiators and original floors; newer builds out toward Middlebury and Southbury want a different pass entirely.
