About Window Cleaning
Windows collect a season of Connecticut weather faster than you'd think, and new construction leaves glass under stickers and paint specks. I clean both: the twice-a-year house wash and the detailed post construction pass.
Homeowners who want the daylight back, storefronts where the glass is the sign, and builders handing over windows still wearing their manufacturer stickers.

Questions We Hear
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year keeps most homes in good shape: once in spring for the pollen and winter grime, once in fall before the low sun starts spotlighting every streak. Storefronts do better quarterly.
Are screens really included?
Yes. They are in the name of the service because they are part of the job, not an upsell. We take them out, clean them and put them back, and I will flag any that are torn.
What about upper-floor windows?
We clean ground-floor and reachable upper windows. If something needs equipment we do not carry, I will tell you straight instead of taking the job and improvising.
Four seasons is hard on glass here. Spring pollen cakes on, summer storms drive grit up under the sills, and winter road salt hazes anything facing a plowed street, which is why most houses around Waterbury want it done twice a year.
